Quality Ministry For Your Teens

Our desire is that your family would know the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and be built upon the solid foundation of the Word of God. Here at Plantation Baptist Church, we preach the gospel and teach the doctrines of the Bible at every age level. In Mark 10:14, Jesus said:

Suffer (allow) the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

The Lord Jesus was teaching His disciples that ministry to teens is a priority to Him. According to statistics, the vast majority of people that receive Christ as Savior do so between the ages of 4 and 14. Teenagers have a critical window of opportunity for God to work in their lives. We understand this, and our goal is to be faithful to present these Biblical truths to your young people during these critical years:

  • The Bible, God’s Word, is absolutely true and is the foundation for life.
  • Every person is a sinner and needs salvation.
  • God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins on the cross and is the only way of salvation.
  • People must be born again by trusting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
  • The Christian’s responsibility is to obey God and know the joy of serving Him with his life.

  • Youth Sunday School

    On Sunday mornings starting at 10:00 am, we have Sunday School classes for 6th through 12th grade. In class, teens are taught the stories and truths of God’s Word in a fun, interesting, and age-engaging manner. Sunday School is a place where the seed of the gospel is planted in young hearts.

  • Youth Choir

    On Wednesday nights following Youth Group, teenagers learn the basics of music theory, singing, and teamwork in Youth Choir. It is a time and place where teens can experience God through music. The Youth Choir often sings for the congregation during our Sunday morning worship services.

  • Wednesday Night Youth Group

    On Wednesday nights from 7:00 -8:15 pm, the Youth Group is a fun way to reach and train our students for the Lord Jesus Christ. At Youth Group, students enjoy learning life changing Bible lessons, team building activities, and fellowshipping with other teens.

  • Teen Summer Camp at The WILDS

    Every summer we take a group of junior and teen campers to the WILDS Christian Camp in Brevard, NC. They enjoy a week of fun games and great preaching at one of the premiere Christian camps in the nation. Visit www.wilds.org for more information about the camp.
